Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

All shipping to the U.S. is always free and international shipping is available upon request. For international shipping rates, email us at contact@kthirteen.com.

Every item on K:13 is shipped directly from our US studio, and most of them come wrapped in beautifully designed K:13 packaging. Delivery times vary depending on where your purchase is arriving from (the average delivery time to the U.S. is 4-7 days). Once your order ships (usually within 24-72 hours of purchase), you’ll receive an email containing your order details and a tracking number.

When a package has been signed for at the destination address provided in your order, we release responsibility for any damages or losses that may occur after arrival due to extraneous circumstances, including theft. If such circumstances do arise, we suggest contacting local law enforcement in order to track down your lost/stolen package.

If for any reason your items are damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@kthirteen.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Please keep the packaging to submit with your return if needed.


Return & Refund

Please note: we are currently only able to accept returns from orders in the U.S.

For U.S. customers: if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, we gladly provide refunds or exchanges on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. We must receive the item within 14 calendar days from delivery date (per parcel tracking number). We strongly recommend that you send your return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time.

Please email us at contact@kthirteen.com to arrange a return. We can provide a return shipping label for a fee of $9.95 to cover shipping costs. Alternatively, you can choose to use your own shipping method. In that case, please use a tracking number as items are your responsibility until we have confirmed the receipt at our returns center.

Please note: Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return. These items include customized orders, swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, and wedding dresses.
